Saying “no” as a time management strategy has been the most useful move to me.

And have you ever read “The Geography of Time”? It talks about the differences in how different cultures keep time and it is fascinating! America is, of course, amongst the most anal about punctuality whereas a lot of Latin American countries (And most of the other hot/humid countries as well) are more laid back about time and so when they come here, it become a stereotype that “hispanics are late.” Lol. Very interesting, eye-opening book …

I’ve heard a lot of people talking about Rescue Time. I haven’t tried it myself, but supposedly it also helps show you what you are wasting your time on!
